Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been an actor, model as well as an animal rights activist in the United States. Her films include Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) and The Getaway ( 1972). Her family was an artist family in New York and wanted to pursue a career in artistic fields. The first job she had was a photo assistant. She then moved on to acting and modeling. She received her Golden Globe Award, for most promising newcomer. MacGraw's 1970 feature film Love Story was an international success, earning her the Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe Award. After only three movies, she received the title of top female box-office start around the globe. The Grauman's Chinese Theater recorded her signature, hand-prints and foot prints in the year 1972. She was a part of several other films including The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among other. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, was released. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
